What we collect
- Account data: name, email, company name.
- Company content: business description, services, FAQs and replies.
- Call data: transcripts, duration and language. Raw audio is not recorded by default.
How we use it
To run the voice assistant, improve quality, and provide analytics to the company. We do not sell personal data.
Service providers
Voice is processed in real time by an AI provider (OpenAI) to generate replies. We use secure hosting and database providers.
Isolation and security
Each company's data is fully isolated from others. Secret keys never reach the browser.
Retention
Each company sets how long transcripts are kept. You can request deletion at any time.
Your rights
You may access, correct and delete your data in line with applicable UAE law, including the Personal Data Protection Law.
