Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using AURA Voice Cloud, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the company you represent.

2. The service

AURA lets companies create AI voice assistants and publish them through public links. Replies are generated automatically, may contain errors, and are not legal, medical or financial advice.

3. Company responsibilities

• The accuracy and lawfulness of your content, including prices and policies.
• Not uploading passwords, unnecessary personal data or confidential secrets.
• Telling callers they are speaking with an automated assistant, and complying with UAE and GCC laws.
• Keeping account credentials safe and managing team access.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for fraud, impersonation, harassment, collecting data without consent, or any unlawful activity. We may suspend accounts that do.

5. Plans and usage

Use is subject to your plan limits (minutes, assistants, seats). Calls may stop when a limit is reached.

6. Ownership

You keep ownership of your content. AURA keeps ownership of the platform, the Voice Orb design and software.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to fees paid in the prior twelve months.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with the courts of Dubai having jurisdiction.
